Heaven Media is a marketing agency which delivers campaigns globally. We operate solely within the gaming and esports industry with specialist knowledge and experience within this market. Our core services are events, sponsorships, influencers, social media and content creation, creative services (video production and photography), advertising, computer equipment hire and public relations.

You will lead a team to effectively carry out assigned social media duties on client accounts. The main indicator of your success in this position will be the effective management of the team, as well as developing the internal social team workflows, processes and systems to continually improve the team’s effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage internal social teams, including social media, paid social and reporting.
  • Accountable for consistent growth, innovation and creativity across social accounts
  • Supervise and manage all aspects of social media planning for our clients
  • Supervise and manage all aspects of paid social advertising (via existing team members)
  • Manage the Social Team, consisting of two senior members and an additional three team members split over EMEA & USA, and act as their main operational and HR POC
  • Manage delivery of social media strategies across our clients in multiple regions and languages using a multilingual team (focus on English, German & French)
  • Manage delivery of social media strategies across out clients on multiple platforms, inclusive of Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat and further emerging platforms.
  • Conduct annual performance appraisals for team, and in turn ensure any direct reports understand how to conduct performance appraisals for any of their team members
  • Evaluate current Social Team processes. Create process benchmarks and implement improvements to these team processes necessary
  • Liaising with clients for project development, as well as weekly strategy consultation
  • Coordinate with Account Management, Business Development, and Creative Strategy Teams for new business requests and active campaign project planning
  • Accountable for quality control of all deliverables performed by social team
  • Overseeing client reporting and regularly assessing KPIs and presentation of reports
  • Manage and approve contractor invoices and billing
  • Verify and approve supplier purchase orders in coordination with Project Planner
  • Supervise and manage social aspects of business development ideation and creation in coordination with the Account Management Team and Project Planner
  • Accountable for management of all social media and content competitions, including creation and localisation of any necessary Terms and Conditions
