OBJECTIVES:Gamescon 2017 - DELL image



  • To build an exciting and engaging booth at Gamescom – the largest consumer gamer/tech focused show on the planet, which attracts over 350,000 visitors every year.


  • Design and manage a 407sqm consumer and a 36sqm business booth.
  • Create a host of fun and engaging activations to attract visitors to the booth.

  • Build and schedule a competitive stage area, inviting esports teams to compete against the fans.
  • Tailor specific areas of the booth for a variety of product demos.


  • Following the brief, Heaven Media began to plan out the activations that would be featured on the consumer booth. An overview of what was achieved is listed below:

    • 407sqm space within the consumer halls featuring a custom stylish 4m tall build.
    • 36sqm space with the business halls, matching the build style/quality.

    • Influencer management for stage activations and Livestreaming.
    • Broadcast area for Alienware.TV daily shows and partner segments.
