Heavenmedia at Paris Games Week 2018

 

OBJECTIVES:

 

 

  • Showcase the NEW Alienware M15 laptop.
  • Encourage visitors to the booth to get hands-on with Dell and Alienware products.
  • Increase footfall to the booth and visibility of the Dell / Alienware brand globally through carefully coordinated activations with a French influencer.
  • Provide branded merchandise for booth giveaways.Heavenmedia at Paris Games Week 2018
  • Secure sign-ups for Alienware Arena FR.
  • Prepare and activate press media evening for approximately 50 guests.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Make a feature on the booth to display and allow visitors to get hands on with the new Alienware M15 laptop.
  • Visitors encouraged to interact with client equipment by installing a range of the most popular games and offering these as free-to-play.
  • Secure well-known French influencer to carry out activations both at the event and online to increase brand visibility.
  • Design and distribute branded merchandise to visitors to the booth and carefully selected partners.Heavenmedia at Paris Games Week 2018
  • Install data capture application and encourage visitors to sign up for Alienware Arena when they visit the booth.
  • Obtain press passes, invite guests, secure catering arrangements and host a press/media event on 24th October.

 

 

WHAT WE DELIVERED:

 

  • Dedicated Island booth with showcase plinth and special lighting built to showcase the new M15 Alienware laptop.Heavenmedia at Paris Games Week 2018
  • 15 different games installed across Dell Gaming and Alienware computer systems. 2v2 Rocket League competition hosted to encourage team interaction with 5 winning teams each receiving an Alienware headset.
  • Partnership established with French Influencer UNWIN. Activations included meeting and greeting fans, signing Postcards and Alienware branded t-shirts. Promotional video produced and published for the new Alienware M15 laptop. Lots of additional footfall secured to the booth, exceptional social coverage of visitors up-loading selfies and substantial brand exposure achieved.
  • Branded wristbands and t-shirts produced and used as giveaways from the booth. Additional t-shirts sourced and distributed to LDLC for their giveaways.
  • Exceeded expectations with the number of Alienware Arena sign-ups we achieved.
  • Press event passes secured and distributed. Catering organized and event hosted.
