Heaven Media Continues Strategic Expansion with New Hires and Promotions

 

Cambridgeshire, UK – 7th June 2019 –

Heaven Media, a leading marketing agency specialising in video gaming and esports, announced today a number of new appointments and promotions aimed at positioning the company for further growth. This enabling Heaven Media to offer its clients an even greater level of service and expertise. Joining the company, include:

 

 

Brian Joyce – Global Accounts Director

A veteran of the gaming industry, Brian has over 25 years’ experience in technical sales and marketing having contributed to the growth of major brands including Alienware and Dell. Brian will oversee all client accounts driving strategic growth.

 

 

Darren Roberts – New Business Development Manager

Having worked for brands such as AMD, Nvidia and Razer during the last 15 years, Darren is a well-known figure in the UK gaming and peripheral market. A gamer right back to the Atari days, Darren is passionate about esports, content creation and technology. Darren will focus on driving new initiatives with new and existing clients.

 

 

Harry Balmforth – Accounts Coordinator

Harry joined Heaven Media as an intern after having previously gained experience in the esports and gaming industry dating back to 2016 by providing support and expertise to a European CS:GO roster as a Team Manager. Harry successfully progressed his Internship and will be working with the core Account Management team to support marketing strategy and results driven business growth.

 

 

Darryl Flinders – Head of Events

Darryl successfully led global marketing campaigns and events for an award winning and highly successful computer networking manufacturer for 15 years. He then ran his own live events business for a further 10 years. Darryl shall lead a team to deliver exciting and engaging events to exceed client expectations.

 

 

Cait Maxwell – Influencer Manager

Cait joins Heaven Media having already amassed a wealth of experience in the gaming industry including broadcasting on Twitch since June 2014 with 27,000 followers and co-hosting at events working alongside Razer and ASUS. As part of her role Cait will work with influencers to generate creative and engaging campaigns for our clients.

Graham Schmidt – Director of Client Services (previously Accounts Director)

Graham joined Heaven Media in 2015 as a Senior Account Manager and has since demonstrated his relentless passion for driving results for clients. In his new role Graham will be analyzing, developing and improving processes within the Client Services team to deliver best-in-class campaigns.

 

 

Kris West – Head of Content (previously Head of Social Media)

A self-proclaimed gaming geek, Kris has worked at a multitude of companies over the years including FaceIT, Hi-Rez Studios and GameOn Magazine. In his new role at Heaven Media, Kris leads the Content Team to create bespoke strategies to fit individual client’s needs. This will thus provide further reporting, localisation, regional expertise in Social Media and Content campaigns.

 

 

Matt Synan – Senior Accounts Manager (previously Accounts Manager)

A marketing professional with 12 years’ experience, Matt has amassed a wealth of experience in events and agency coordination. After 7 years leading activations for key clients at Heaven Media, Matt has demonstrated his capabilities for planning, managing and delivering exceptional results. In his new role, Matt shall help clients grow by developing marketing strategies and providing industry insights.
