Key to the initiative is a new office opening in Austin, Texas, USA, designed to grow the business through servicing local territories and offering a full spectrum of videogame and gaming hardware marketing initiatives from social content creation and management, public relations, video production, complex multi-faceted marketing campaigns, live event management and everything in-between.

Timo Helmke, Director of Business Development (Berlin, Germany)A veteran of the gaming industry, Timo has helped develop successful communication strategies for the likes of Razer®, Cooler Master®, Tencent® and Gigabyte®. With almost a decade of experience in the industry, Timo will be developing new business opportunities for Heaven Media, enhancing services for existing customers as well as managing PR for the agency and its clients.
Sam Hadfield, Events Manager (UK based HQ) A highly experienced expert in live event management Sam is replacing Matt Synan, now Senior Account Manager at Heaven Media, and will oversee and actively manage live event opportunities for many of Heaven Media’s clients. An important part of the business, currently enjoying sustained growth, this role is one of great importance to the expansion of the company and one which perfectly suits Sam’s impressive skillset. Sam will also be supporting the team via influencer-focused marketing activations.
Tom Pykett, Videographer (UK based HQ) With a decade of experience, Tom will creatively lead all aspects of video creation including brand videos and social media content. Adept at crafting a narrative via engaging content, Tom started his career producing sci-fi and horror films before moving into custom video production and live event cinematography. Tom has been recognised for his achievements as a filmmaker, winning prestigious awards for his short film work.
