We had an incredible few days representing Dell Gaming and Alienware at this year’s Insomnia 62 with a confirmed attendance of 60,000 people.
We encouraged visitors to continue engaging with the Alienware community by gaining Alienware Arena sign-ups and providing information about purchase options. Everyone who joined up received an Alienware drawstring bag.
We secured Partnerships with leading industry partners HTC Vive, Microsoft, Intel, SquareEnix and Halberd, as well as gaming influencers King Jae, AshCosplay, JustNVC and ReaperSteve to amplify reach. We had several ‘Beat The Pro’ competitions taking place with live streaming of the 1 on 1 gameplay exceeding 10,000 views including King Jae with Tekken 7, AshCosplay with Sea of Thieves and ReaperSteve with Fortnite.
Visitors got hands-on with Dell and Alienware products (desktops, laptops, & peripherals) including the Alienware 17 laptop with built in Tobii Eyetracking, 34″ Curved Monitors, the latest Alienware Aurora’s and 2 x Area 51’s with an additional one running our extremely popular VR competition where 750+ matches were played during the event. The person with highest score each day won an Alienware Pro Keyboard and 2nd & 3rd both took away an Alienware Elite Mouse. All stations were occupied at all times during the show’s opening hours which truly demonstrates both the appeal of our clients products and the interactions we offered.
For our client we estimate a combined at event and online reach in the region of 1.5M! Our very talented Videographer Tom Pykett produced a series of videos showcasing our activations at the event
