“Publications” references sites owned and operated by Heaven Media Limited “Personal data” is information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Personal data is processed when you create an account with any Heaven Media website: When you create an account on a “Publication” we ask you to provide your email address and name. You can choose to provide only your first name or a nickname instead of your full name if you wish. Additionally, we ask you to provide your date of birth when creating an account for the community forum area on any of our “Publications”.
Our “Publications” process your email address because you use your email address (and/or Username associated with) and your password to sign in to your account. Our “Publications” associate the email address provided by the social media provider with your account so that you can use your email address (and/or Username) to sign in to your account in the future if you no longer wish to sign in using your social media account credentials. The legal ground for processing this information for this purpose is our legitimate interest in providing you an alternative sign-in method and in securing your account.
This is when you interact with our “Publications” and register for a new account, subscribe to newsletters, enter competitions and claim prizes if won, respond to surveys. When interacting in this way we may analyse the way in which you access our “Publications” (device vs. desktop / Facebook / YouTube / Website accesses), for debugging purposes, displaying competition or survey aggregates. In addition to these, customer support representatives via email, online or in person, may need to access your personal data, such as your name, mailing address, phone number, email address and contact preferences in order to assist you with your query. We are a global business. In order to offer you our services and content we may need to transfer your personal data to other companies in other countries.
